Proof of Concept: India

Where the methodology was built and proven.

Before Custodia One became a global advisory firm, its founder built and executed India's largest social impact initiative in cyber safety: a sustained, Government-recognised operation spanning law enforcement, defence, education, corporate India, and civil society.

What we bring to Fortune 500 boardrooms and government ministries today was stress-tested against the most complex and diverse threat landscape in the world: 1.4 billion people, every demographic, every level of digital literacy, and every category of cybercrime.

The Origin

India did not produce a hypothesis. It produced evidence.

Akancha Srivastava Foundation was established with a clear thesis: cyber safety is not a technology problem. It is a human behaviour problem. That thesis was not developed in a consulting room. It was forged through 2,000 workshops, dozens of law enforcement training programmes, national media campaigns, and direct engagement with hundreds of thousands of victims.

The Foundation's work covers every dimension of human-facing digital threat: financial fraud, cyber grooming, blackmail and sextortion, image misuse, cyber stalking, online harassment, deepfake abuse, and OSINT-based targeting. These are not theoretical categories. They are what we have seen, documented, and intervened in, at scale.

That body of work is what informs Custodia One today. When we advise a Fortune 500 CISO or a government ministry, we are drawing on a methodology that has been deployed in the most demanding field conditions in the world.
